After being born blind in his left eye and given 3hree first names (Mark Paul Deren), MADSTEEZ, is twenty-7even years old and loves to play dress up in his WEENOSARUS costume. Growing up on the outskirts of Washington DC peculiarly sculpted Mr.WEEN into what he is today. Surrounded by nicknames and the oh so frequent game of biscuit, his ill sense of humor materialized. An unsuspecting loss on the 4th isle between the sandpaper hula-hoops and neon forest green telescopes to Leroy Mack’n WEEN in the 1985 Racquetball Championships proved to be an unprecedented turning point in Matt Steve’s life. Thus a ferocious kite walkn’ Nerds Rope eatn’ Dolorean lovin’ zebra pin-stripped fluorescent navy blue WEENBEAR emerged. Inevitably, slagin’ an abundance of kreativity and electromagnetic python dynobots has led to an extensive client/collaboration list including current projects with Nike, Boost Mobile, Target, Honda, Stussy, Volkswagen, MCA Records, Interscope Records, Redbull, Burton, Avex (X-Trail Jam Tokyo Dome), Evisu, Ben Sherman, 411VM, Von Zipper and Armada with proceeds going to the well being WEEN’s Krippled Little Brother Latrel.
